In my eagerness, I planted the garden over the past couple of weeks. Time will tell whether I get bushels of veggies or not! But my potatoes appear to be doing well...
Meanwhile, the bush out front burst into full pink blooms of cotton candy last week.
And look what grew in the back yard!
A brand new mountain bike! It fits Cam perfectly, so I'm hoping the bike tree grows one in my size for next year... (The wonderfully pruned garden is courtesy of Cam's mom, by the way!)
Sadly, Jersey has become hopelessly addicted to the new webcam. We can't seem to pull him off the thing. He stays up late into the night chatting with Jazz (a good family friend) about mice, long naps, and mysterious moving spots of light on the floor. Such a social cat! No wonder he sleeps all day.
