This was a little something I was craving.... Fifth Street Bar & Grill, probably my favourite casual pub in town, serves an AMAZING grape & pear pizza. Some of you may have had it. You will understand why I had to recreate it.
I even watched it cook in the oven.... ohhh the tastiness.
However, I made mine with prosciutto, red grapes, gorgonzola cheese, and my own home-made pizza sauce. Plus an ultra-thin home-made crust.
The flava combo was to die for. In fact, I am writing this from beyond the grave.
